Nutrition and Coaching
Athletes put hundreds of hours into training each year and deserve a coach who has the knowledge and expertise to craft an individualized training plan to fit their needs. As a coach, I prioritize the athlete as a whole and value a strong coach-athlete relationship.
Similarly, dietary changes take time and require regular feedback and accountability to become an established habit.
The interaction of nutrition and exercise is one of the keys to a healthy, fulfilled life. Training is optimized when food choices are supportive of your goals. Eating is about more than just fueling- food should nourish us and be an enjoyable part of each day.
