Coaching & Nutrition
One of my strengths as a professional is understanding the scientific research and in turn applying it to training and nutrition goals. Anyone can write a training plan, but not everyone has the skills to be a good coach.
My goal is to understand the needs of the athlete and create a plan that will support them in the process. This is best accomplished through dedicated time spent with each athlete and regular communication and feedback. I work with a limited number of athletes at a time to maintain high quality relationships.
Nutrition & Coaching
$500/month
The best of both worlds. Period. A comprehensive approach to training and nutrition. This plan includes a customized training plan, comprehensive nutrition analysis, and weekly goal setting and feedback.
Nutrition Plan
$475/month
A deep dive into your unique nutrition needs based on your lifestyle, goals, and individual human traits. Every person has different needs and multiple foods and ways of eating can fulfill these needs. This plan includes a comprehensive nutrition analysis, review of current diet and nutrition habits, and how to choose the right foods to reach your goals. Regular support and accountability ensures adherence to newly established nutrition habits.
Coaching
$400/month
A good coach understands the why behind training and will develop a plan to maximize these training principles within your individual needs. Coaching with me includes regular communication and feedback, along with discussions about the goal behind certain types of workouts and training blocks. I work with a limited number of athletes so I can fully support my athletes in training, racing, and life.
Nutrition & Training Consultation
$750.00
Then best of both worlds, in a limited scope. This plan includes a comprehensive nutrition analysis and individualized training plan based on goals we have outlined. This is a one-time service that includes everything in the nutrition and coaching plans, without the ongoing support and feedback.
